Reliance Welcomes 2025 Apprentice Intake

Aug 18, 2025

Reliance Precision Limited (“Reliance”) is pleased to announce the arrival of five new apprentices: Connor, Alfie, Carys, Benjamin, and Logan. These talented individuals were selected for their enthusiasm, potential, and commitment to developing careers in engineering. They will begin their apprenticeship journey in Reliance’s accredited training school, where they will learn the principles of engineering and how to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Throughout the scheme, they will gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world projects.

Robert Farrell, Training School Manager, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome our new apprentices. Our apprenticeship scheme plays a vital role in developing the next generation of engineering talent and provides a supportive environment where individuals can grow both personally and professionally. I look forward to seeing the impact this year’s cohort will make at Reliance during their careers.”

The Reliance Precision Apprenticeship Scheme was introduced over sixty years ago and the company currently aims to take on 4 to 6 individuals each year. The scheme enables Reliance to train engineers to the high standards required for producing precision components and sub-assemblies designed for critical applications.
