For us, sustainability means doing the right thing. To achieve our vision of building a company together that lasts we recognise that we must look after our employees as well as our community and the environment around us. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy guides how we operate, innovate and grow sustainably.
Our ESG Report is designed to present Reliance’s ESG performance for the 2024/25 period. It also sets out key objectives for 2025/26.
It covers the reporting period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 and, unless otherwise stated, refers to both of Reliance’s sites.

Reliance raises over £10,000 for The Kirkwood
On 14th June 2025 a team of twenty-three employees took part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, raising over £10,000 for local hospital charity, The Kirkwood
ISO 14001 for RPMI
In 2025, we achieved ISO 14001 certification at Reliance Precision Manufacturing (Ireland) Ltd.
Reliance Introduces Eco-Friendly Workwear
A cross-functional team conducted a project to find more sustainable and inclusive workwear.
Reliance Wins at West Yorkshire 2024 Apprenticeship Awards
In 2025, Maegan Green also won the Engineering/Manufacturing Apprentice of the Year award.
New ESG Steering Committee Introduced at Reliance
In 2025, we formally recognised our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Steering Committee.
Reliance Launches Employer Supported Volunteering Scheme
We introduced a new employer supported volunteering scheme to help employees give back to their community.
