For us, sustainability means doing the right thing. To achieve our vision of building a company together that lasts we recognise that we must look after our employees as well as our community and the environment around us. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy guides how we operate, innovate and grow sustainably.
Our ESG Report presents our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance for the 2025/26 period. It will also set out key objectives for 2026/27.
It covers the reporting period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 and, unless otherwise stated, refers to both of Reliance’s sites.

Volunteering at The Kirkwood Gardens
A group of six employees visited The Kirkwood to volunteer in their gardens. The well-established gardens are for patient use and are managed entirely by regular and corporate volunteers.
Gardening at RPMI
Earlier this year employees in Ireland planted a small garden on site.
WES Annual Conference Visit
This year two engineers attended the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) Annual Conference at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC).
The Great Tommy Sleep Out
Ten employees took part in the Great Tommy Sleep Out in March.
Reliance Achieves Defence Cyber Certification (DCC) Level 0
In 2026, Reliance was certified to Defence Cyber Certification (DCC) Level 0.
Reliance Donates 3D Printers to Local Schools
We donated four 3D printers to local secondary schools following an upgrade to our own additive manufacturing capabilities.
