National Apprenticeship Week: Celebration Friday

This week we held an awards ceremony to recognise the many achievements of our apprentices. Our 2021 starters received their Level 3 Apprenticeship Certificates in recognition of successfully completing their apprenticeship programme. Happy graduation everyone!

Next, we celebrated the winners of our Apprentices of the Year awards. Our First Year Apprentice of the Year is Harry Booth. He was voted as the winner by his fellow apprentices. He was presented with the SMS Cup. Our Second Year Apprentice of the Year is George Brook. He was presented with the JMS Cup for receiving consistently good feedback from Team Leaders on his rotation around the different departments at Reliance. Sam Taylor is our Third Year Apprentice of the Year. Sam received the Jennifer Selka Trophy for showing the most improvement over his apprenticeship. Our Fourth Year Apprentice of the Year is Maegan Green. Meg received the Max Selka Trophy for consistently meeting her objectives both on-time and to a great standard across all four years of her apprenticeship.

Finally, our 2024 starters were proudly presented with their Level 2 Engineering Operations (Skills) Certificates, marking an important milestone in their development.

Congratulations to everyone! It was fantastic to celebrate everyone’s achievements together during National Apprenticeship Week.
