Precision Fine Pitch Gears
Reliance specialises in the production of exeptionally accurate fine pitch gears and geared mechanisms for the aerospace, scientific and medical industries.
The range, which spans accurate data transmission through to highly loaded fin and flap actuation components includes gear pitches between 0.2 and 6 module with a maximum diameter of 400mm and a wide variety of materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass and Delrin. Nitride precipitation, heat treatment and passivation are also available.
