Clean Air Assembly, Wiring and Testing
Cleanroom assembly to ISO 14644-1 class ISO 7
Reliance's laminar flow cleanrooms, classified at ISO 14644-1 class ISO 7 (Federal Standard 209D class 10,000 with localised areas up to class 10), cover a total area of over 350m2.
Assemblies for the scientific research and pharmaceutical industries, and gearboxes for the defence and scientific industries can all be completed in the room.
The laminar flow system in the room allows maximum working efficiency, allowing wiring, testing and plasma cleaning to take place within the facility, avoiding unnecessary movement of components in and out of the cleanroom.
Wiring terminations are carried out by staff certified in accordance with ANSI/J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620
Controlled atmosphere fine assembly room
Reliance also has a controlled atmosphere fine assembly room, with localised areas to class 100.
Covering 110m2 the room is used for the assembly and repair of other precision gearboxes and high accuracy mechanical devices.
Repair and refurbishment of gearbox assemblies and scientific equipment
Allied to Reliance’s precision assembly & wiring departments is the capability to undertake contracts to repair and/or refurbish gearbox assemblies and scientific equipment of customers’ design and specification.
Assemblies can be rebuilt with new and refurbished parts, rewired and tested, all to the customers latest requirements.
Both our in house manufacturing capabilities and our large and varied sub-contractor base allow Reliance to undertake many complex repair contracts.
